„This was a great little place to stay if visiting the area. We were here for a family wedding so it was nice to stay here instead of the hotel. Really not all that close to walk to downtown, but you can easily walk to coffee in the morning and a few of the civil war battlefields. Will stay here again if back in the area. “

„We stayed two nights at this property. The location is great in that you can easily walk to the restaurants and shops downtown. The place is like an efficiency apartment ... cute and comfortable with pretty much everything you need. There is a single parking place that is a bit of a challenge, but it is available.“

„This is a wonderful little cottage close to downtown but also to the Grand Old Opry. Well equipped. It was just the 2 of us and perfect. Not a full kitchen but has a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. So good for heating something up or a simple breakfast. David was very responsive and helpful with our needs. Highly recommended “

„This cottage was impressive all the way around. The owners thought of everything and exceeded every other stay we have had prior in a VRBO rental. Their example should be the industry standard. The cottage was comfortable, quiet, clean, and perfectly located for our destination needs. The owners are excellent in their communication. „This home is beautiful, the attention to details was wonderful, everything you needed to have for a relaxing getaway. The property wad beautiful and to wake up in the morning, sit on the screened in porch eith your coffee and watch the horses grazing was pure delight. „We were on our way home from Florida and had to stop at one of our favorite towns Franklin/Leipers Fork...The cottage was very clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable! It had everything we needed to make our stay awesome! Our 3 days wasn't long enough and we would definitely stay here again!“

„All linen and bedding was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was not operational. The desk clerk/ staff stated that they will fix it. It never happened during our stay. We were able to hear the noise from the motor vehicle traffic and the tenants above was always moving objects around. The surrounding area was very trashy.“
