Within walking distance to downtown areas. All staff were great - welcoming and helpful. Food offerings for breakfast and happy hour were delicious. A very comfortable place to stay.

The property was beautifully kept and well themed with perfect taste. The owners were really friendly, welcoming but unobtrusive. The stay was really relaxed and amenities were first rate. Really loved the walk to the town for breakfast although may have been more of a pain in bad weather.

Beautiful home, gracious hosts, tons of amenities! Awesome location in a quiet neighborhood with many fun shops and great restaurants within walking distance.

This is by far my favorite B&B I've stayed at! The accommodations are lovely and have every comfort of home. The owner Linda is a wonderful hostess, cook, musician and an overall charming lady. If you are in the area, you must stay here....you will not be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 12 South. This location is so convenient to all that the 12 South area has to offer. The home was clean, cozy, and offered every amenity we could need. Cassidy was super responsive and kind. Highly recommend.
