Villino Girasoli is a lovely vacation cottage in Sant`Isidoro, just 300 meters from the equipped beach of the beautiful marina of Nardò.
The house sleeps up to 5 and is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets and window grates.

The cottage has a large front garden with a gate so you can park your car inside the property and one at the back.
The veranda with porch
is spacious and shaded, furnished with a small table and chairs for
breakfast in the cooler, and with outdoor sofas for relaxing. The space
at the back is also exclusive, with privacy provided by a lattice that
delineates the space from the property next door. Lunch and dinner can
be enjoyed outdoors here.
The interior of Villino Girasoli consists of simple and well-distributed rooms. In the living room, in addition to the open kitchenette and dining area, there is 1 single sofa bed.
From the living room, there is 1 double bedroom on the left, while on the right, beyond an arch with a curtain, there is 1 twin bedroom with single beds. Air conditioning is present in the living room. Completing the house is 1 shower room.

Villino Girasoli vacation home is located in Sant`Isidoro, a marina on the coast of Nardò halfway between Portoselvaggio Natural Park and Porto Cesareo.
The house is just 350 meters from the beach, both free and equipped,
and from the striking tower that is the symbol of the locality.
Sant`Isidoro
is a small locality but one that has all the main services. The house
is in a central location, allowing you to reach them all on foot. Also
very close by are Frascone beach just 1.5 km away, and Torre Squillace less than 3 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
- The double room with single beds has no door.
