„Beach view was beautiful. Room was spotless. Nice having washer and dryer. Decorated beautifully. Bed was very comfortable!! Nice location. Plenty of room for two. Only disadvantage was no dishwasher. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Lanai had everything we needed for beach(beach chairs and a cooler) Didn’t use the bbq on lanai but it’s nice to have. Loved the binoculars and spotting score in the room. Used them a lot! Thx for having useful “

„First of all, Epic Realty was great to work with. They were responsive to any issue we had. The property at the Royal Kahana is a nice property but had an unfortunate incident while we were there. There was a power outage in West Maui that lasted for about 24 hours. After the outage, the property only had one elevator working and no hot water. The issue was getting someone to repair the elevators and hot water. On a positive note, the view from our room was outstanding. “

„The property was well-maintained despite being in an older resort. The view was amazing and the pool was right off of the ocean. The unit also had snorkels, an umbrella, and beach mat left by previous tenants for use and in-unit laundry. The property owners made check in easy with clear communication.“

„I loved this little place. Extremely clean. Hosts are super communicative. The bus stop is right in front of the building. You can get just about anywhere from here with a good pair of shoes and a little planning. The hosts even had things available to make a trip to the beach more comfortable. Towels, totes, cooler and ice packs. Very, very well thought out vacation rental. They even have a PacMan machine! How cool is that? I wish I could have stayed for a month!“

„Well maintained property with plenty of space for me, my husband, an elderly mother. Apartment was well stocked. Amazing views of lana’i and some nice sunsets. Very quick response from property management to minor issue. Be aware that second bedroom does not really have an accessible window so the air conditioner must be used for airflow. Would recommend.“

„We really liked this condo unit. It’s a great location, close to the pools, stays shady all day. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable , including the bed. The kitchen is set up with everything you need. The host is responsive to any questions you may have. We would definitely stay here again. “
