"Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, sehr zentral und trotzdem nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Meine Hündin wurde sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Es gab eine angemessene Auswahl. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen."

"Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sehr sauber, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Besonders geschätzt habe ich, dass für mich ein extrafrühes und hervorragend vorbereitetes Frühstück organisiert wurde. Ein spezielles Dankeschön an Monique, die jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich war. Klare Empfehlung."

"Location is great, just 10 minute from the city center by foot. Air conditioning was very good (during a bad heat wave). Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was quite good! Would stay again!"

"Overall, we had a great stay at Lefay Dolomiti. The property is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms and an outstanding three-level spa. Despite its size, it never felt crowded and it was always easy to find a place to relax. The massages were excellent, and we really enjoyed the activities organized by the hotel with knowledgeable guides. The location is fantastic, and the complimentary bikes are a great way to explore the area. The Michelin-starred Grual restaurant was excellent, with outstanding food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, the Dolomia restaurant was disappointing, both at dinner and breakfast. The staff were consistently slow, inattentive, and often made mistakes with our orders. Dinner service was mediocre, and the food was average, not worth the premium prices. Waiting over 20 minutes for someone to clear our plates after finishing dinner is not what you expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was also below expectations. The pastries and bread tasted pre-made instead of freshly baked. At this level, the hotel should have its own pastry chef or source products from a high-quality local bakery. The coffee was poor, and our egg orders were wrong about half the time. A fantastic hotel let down by inconsistent service and food quality at Dolomia."
