Independent, Nancy Lake State Recreation Area

„This house was exactly as advertised. The master with the en suite was fabulous. Access to a washer and dryer was absolutely key. Kitchen was fully stocked equipment wise with a ninja blender, toaster etc. (No air fryer - that would have been an extra bonus). Minor issues: - drawers sticking in fridge and freezer - shampoo and conditioner provided was a great perk, I just wish it was slightly higher quality (dove or Pantene prov would be a step up). We would love to come back!!“

„The cabin was nice, bathroom was awesome. My husband has broad shoulders so I couldn’t sleep well because bed is small. There was bottled water and small bags of snacks which were good. “

„Nice house, wonderful hosts & nice continental breakfast surprise. Majestic view out the back. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more of the local restaurants and use hot tub.If traveling in summer bring a sleep mask!!“

„Cabin feels new, has nice decor and was very clean. Cabin provides comfortable use of space. Location is convenient to the scarce grocery and supply offerings; usual array of stores available @25-30 min away. Of note, bathroom is on main floor and could use towel hooks for drying. Upper level could fit another double bed instead of single while still allowing plenty of space.“

„Even though it was close to the road it still felt very private and safe. The cabin was more spacious than expected! We also got to see a beautiful cow moose on the property upon arrival!“
