„Staff at the property is disgusting, rude, show obscene signs. This is obscene behavior is shown by the kitchen cooks, servers and night shift desk clerk. They are very upset on the fact, guests coming from abroad spending whole day in visiting sites. I had cancelled my stay at the property after tolerating this abuse for three days. Property is old and not not kept clean either. Will not recommend this place if they charge more than $10/nignt. “

„Das Yak und Yeti liegt ein paar Meter abseits der Hauptstrasse, was bezüglich der Luftverschmutzung, welche in Kathmandu herrscht ideal ist. Man flüchtet sich sehr gerne in die grosszügige Hotelhalle mit Bar und den schönen Garten! Der "staff" ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen sehr gut! Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage mit speziellem "floor service", was ich nur empfehlen kann. Die Mehrkosten waren es allemal wert! Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht mehr ganz dem 5 Sterne ...
