Summary:
Shorely Goodness: PierView Unit 105 is our newest addition to the family - and it's pup-friendly & oceanfront!!
This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Nags Head – right in the center of it all! Within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, we’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.
Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.
Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen bed. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!
The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.
The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.
We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.
If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.
This unit is located on a second-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).
Our awesome caretaker, Aaron, is as committed to your experience as we are.
There is a two-dog maximum, we can not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.
