Dune Nuttin is located oceanside in the much sought-after neighborhood of Seaside. The community walkway to the beach is just steps away where everyone can enjoy the beautiful beach and ocean every day. Don't want to be at the beach every day, then you have plenty of options to swim in your own private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee.). After an adventurous day relax in the hot tub while gazing at the OBX stars.

The great room is spacious and offers just the right space to prepare those favorite meals, watch some blockbuster movies and dine with family and friends. Multi-leveled decks that offer sun and shade and ocean views. Dune Nuttin is dog-friendly so make sure you bring them along too so they can enjoy an OBX vacation.

Beach Access: Just a short walk away from the house! Raised walkway located at the end of the Sand Castle Court.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available for this home.*

Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
