Super helpful, room was clean and cosy, breakfast was good and had vegetarian and vegan options

The stay was generally pleasant, with good service and hospitality. However, the coffee machine was not functioning during our entire two-day stay, and unfortunately, it was not repaired during this time. There was also no backup machine available, which added unnecessary inconvenience to our stay. On the contrary, when we ordered soft drinks as an alternative, we were charged for them. While I understand that additional drinks may be chargeable, it was disappointing that there was no complimentary or practical alternative provided. I hope the hotel takes this feedback positively and ensures that essential facilities are properly maintained, with a backup solution available when repairs cannot be completed promptly.
