„weird technical noises out of a locked cabinet in the room ALL THE TIME“

„Property may not be as good but still ok“

„This is the WORST place I booked at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BOOKING HERE. Communication is almost non-existent. I inquired about their additional fees after booking but no response. Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and ...

„The room needs maintenance and thorough cleaning. Kitchen sink drain plugged. Shower curtain rod is broken. Taps need outlet cleaning. Bedding was very old not of goid quality. Had issues with ants and bed bugs in the unit. Air conditioner filter was so dirty the unit alarmed. I cleaned it myself. Walls require repair patching, and painting. Elevators were in constant repair mode for one reason or another. Overall, this particular rental, I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed in this rental. ...

„Clean room. Good staff. Shops nearby“

„It was very spacious .. we booked a premium 3 bedrooms for our family !! Everyone was comfortable ..! Service was great very accommodating !“

„The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. Conversations can be heard in the hallway as well as music from the street, so if you need a soundproof unit, look elsewhere. The pool area is huge! Likely 2.5 times an olympic pool in length. The fitness center has enough of the basics to get in a good session. The ...

„no wifi ,cause no wifi no TV also micro wave not working could not contact owner . It was a disappointing way to end a vacation when paying full price. Not worth the stay. One expects that every works that they post about the rental . “

„No water in the restroom. I tried to switch it on but the bidet sprayer was broken and was constantly leaking water. Contacted the owner, no room change or refund possible. I couldn’t use the toilet or shower, had to go outside. Also: AC not strong enough to cool the room, no drinking water“
