Communication with the owner was excellent. The location of this house is convenient to multiple main roads and highways and it was easy to get to other towns, including Rhode Island. It was within walking distance of downtown Mystic.

We had a wonderful weekend at Chris's beautiful home in Mystic. The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was perfect for two couples, offering a spacious downstairs area to relax after a day of sightseeing and shopping. We also loved the garden and yard, which provided a lovely space to unwind outdoors. The location was ideal — just a short walk to both downtown Mystic Village and the Mystic Seaport Museum. Chris was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was a breeze.

The property was exactly what we were looking for: early check in, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, private parking, walking distant to all stores, very quiet at night, very safe area. The property is perfectly located within walking distance between downtown Mystic and the Seaport Museum. Our host Christopher was very accommodating and we had an open line of communication before, throughout and even after our trip. This home is perfectly situated and set up for a lovely visit to Mystic village for two couples. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, walkable to town shops and restaurants. Chris was so helpful and kind. The check in and communication were easy. It was cold so we didn't get to enjoy the fun backyard fire pit. Maybe next time!

Our family of 5 had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the house. Chris was very responsive throughout our 4 days there. Everything is nicely updated and felt cozy like home. The location was great, 5 min walk to the Seaport Museum (must-see!) and less than 10 min scenic walk to the downtown historic Mystic area. We liked The Engine Room for lunch/dinner and Drawbridge Icecream. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Wonderful cottage walking distance to Mystic ( so cute! Many restaurants & shops) Private parking off street. A mile from Seaport, Aquarium, Olde Mystick Village ( shops, restaurants) 2 very comfy queen beds ( 1 with flat screen) plus a separate futon if needed. A beautifully restored property in a fabulous location for river walks and Mystic town, we had a wonderful time in this 1890’s colonial. The host was reachable and very responsive and we really appreciated his kind attention. The house was updated comfortable with two full baths and a reslly good kitchen.
