The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, for additional sleeping space. This 2nd-floor unit provides awesome views of the beach and the city. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, along with a bar table to enjoy meals in your condo. The resort features an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, indoor water amenities - pool, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi.

Meridian Plaza is located in central Myrtle Beach, within walking distance of many of the attractions! It is close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and other attractions.

NOTES:
- The outdoor spa is currently closed until further notice due to an issue with the sand filter drain plug. The plug has broken, and in order to replace it, we will need to shovel out the sand from the filter.
- Starting 3/17/2025, the HOA will begin the work for the deck repairs / coating and the balcony sliding door pin replacements. The exterior work will start on the top floor and work down on each tower by scaffolding. Guests may experience construction noise during the day, and some views may be partially obstructed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the work is completed.
- HOA will require access to this unit to repair the balcony door pins during this time.

Balcony Sliding Door Pin Replacement:
The engineer noted that balcony sliding door pins have begun to pull away from the ceilings. This requires repair to ensure a proper functioning slider. Depending on the unit, there may be some drywall and/or painting required after the concrete repair.
