This beautifully decorated 2-bedroom condo has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a full bed, and can comfortably sleep up to five guests. It has a private balcony with breathtaking views, an LCD TV, a private bathroom, full-size appliances, and a kitchen table. The kitchen has upscale furnishings and decor, giving it a modern touch. The bedroom has one queen bed, and there are one twin bed and one full bed in the second bedroom. This condo is located on the 22nd floor. The resort has an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, indoor water amenities (pool, kiddie pools, and Jacuzzi), a fitness room, and attached onsite parking.

What you need to know:
On November, the resort will be transitioning to using Spectrum for cable and internet. To prepare for this transition, Spectrum will need access to every unit starting in early November to install new equipment, including internet routers. This installation will take place throughout November.

On November 21st, the resort will conduct a structural evaluation of the balcony single door, side lights, door frame, door slab, sealants, and concrete deck slope. This will involve 5 teams working through the building, completing the evaluations in one day.
