Die Anlage selbst liegt wunderschön an einem See (tolle Aussicht) mit direktem Zugang zu selbigem. Im Sommer ist das Schwimmen darin sicherlich toll und auch die vorhandenen Grillmöglichkeiten und die sonstigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Trampolin, Pool usw.) stellen gerade für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern eine tolle Örtlichkeit dar.
