„We stay here a couple of times a year to catch up with old mates, have a surf and generally chill out. It really suits our needs. Close to beach, cafes, club and has a laid back beach house vibe with everything you need for a few days away. We enjoy it.“

„The apartment is a fantastic base to all of what Newcastle has to offer…. close to the beaches, coastal walks, shopping centres and major attractions. Located in a quiet neighbourhood the apartment was lovely, had natural sunlight, clean and extremely comfortable. Everything was provided that was needed for a short stay. The only issue was the shower head which unfortunately had poor pressure . This I’m sure is a simple fix. Highly recommend this Apartment for value & a central base. “

„We booked our staycation last minute for a few days away with our furbaby. The place was exactly as described was enough for our family to enjoy. The location was positively excellent in walking distance of shops, beach and the lagoon. Communication from the host was excellent would definitely stay again. Thank you we enjoyed our time away. “

Inspired all 14 of us who stayed to do some renos on our own properties.Coastal beach is a short 9 minute walk down a private trail and was isolated and beautiful. Had the whole beach to ourselves practically.Hidden gem. Wonderful place. Highly reccomend.“

„Karinya estate is absolutely gorgeous. You feel totally separated from everything around you, yet are 15 mins from everything Newcastle has to offer. Rooms are spacious and great for entertaining. It great that this aprty allows parties as its perfect for hosting events (like my 30th). Note that the power is prone to short circuit if too many applicances are used - we figured this out quickly but Alex was very responsive and came to check himself. Would stay again“

"The hotel is within an entertainment centre with bars, casino etc. The room was spacious, clean and kept in perfect condition. Breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from. The only thing we did not particually like was the layout of the pool. There are no ledges under water to stand on, the bottom goes down steep from the sides. The bottom is covered with a rough kind of material and that actually caused an injury to a foot. For the rest, we loved our stay and recommend it to everybody "
