„Cleanness level of the room is excellent. “

„Good “

„- The facilities are old with some wears & tears found. - The room access card was faulty for our 1st room, so they changed to another room for us. After changing, the access card was ok but on our checkout day, it was faulty again, & delayed our checkout time. The corridor carpets are dirty with stains too.“

„As i checked in only 11pm, and check out checked out at 6am. I have no comments“

„The staff were excellent, every single one made the stay“

„Excellent restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff.“

„Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Essen war gut und hat eine grosse Auswahl.“

„Room is clean but missing basic essentials like toilet paper & bathroom mat (we had to get our own). Staff was easily agitated over a matter not of our fault. Credit card system broken (we were not informed) and we didn’t have cash on us. Nearest ATM was 10 mins drive away and nearest amenities was 5 mins drive away. Hotels.com customer service offered poor suggestion to cancel room with penalty.“

„Good“

„Hotel is clean. However need to improve on the WC as it easily get blocked when flushing possibly due to the WC design. Should study how to overcome this issue.“

„The maintenance of the room needed to be improved. The wash basin was partially choked. Used water drained slowly. The monitor for the Aircon was blur. As such I couldn't adjust the room temperature“

„The room is clean and well maintained. No frill and fancy hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Self Check in and check-out was easy and swift. “

„Fendly staff“

„The hotel was mostly clean and and the staff were friendly, but in the 2 weeks I stayed I had to swap rooms due to the electronic lock failing, and then I lost power in the new room a couple days later. Besides these mishaps I didn't have any other issues.“
