We went to check after a long day. We always stay at this hotel normally for Flyers practice. Everyone knows us here and are always friendly. This one particular guy..we have had him twice now had no clue what he was doing. We got to the hotel late because i had same day surgery in Camden and decided to stay over. He couldnt find our reservation i have no idea why. We do it the same every time. I showed him my confirmation he still was confused. I was waiting patiently all groggy from surgery. It was the longest i waited to get checked in and like i said i never had any problems before. He finally gave me a room key but never put the room number on it so i waited patiently after 1 customer. I felt like i was going to pass out. When he finally gave my room number i was on my way with NO apology. Really bad customer service. I do not ever complain but this one i had to.
