„My husband and granddaughter hiked part of the Ouachita Trail. While they were hiking I became quite ill while staying in the Joplin Inn. The staff were kind and helpful. They live their faith. We are grateful for their thoughtfulness!“

„We love that the property is clean and peaceful and the folks are friendly. The coffee is fresh every morning and amazing! We come at least once a year. What we didn’t like was discovering there is a charge for plate sharing at the restaurant!!! I did not even know that was a thing! And if you plan on getting anything to go, be prepared to be charged for every plate a service charge. Other than that, I absolutely love this place! And we will be back!“

„My friend and I made a special trip to go digging for quartz and diamonds and this was the perfect spot to stay! Paula's space was very clean, convenient, safe, and thoughtful. She was kind enough to leave some tools for us to borrow for our dig and recommended a great spot for swimming!! Definitely would recommend to anyone making a trip to Mt. Ida and I plan to stay again in the future.“
