As you arrive, you're greeted by warm wood beams, rich floors, and thoughtfully curated vintage touches. The centerpiece of the kitchen is an antique cooktop stove—a nostalgic nod to the past—paired seamlessly with modern appliances. The home features two distinct living areas, each with its own personality and comfort.
Curl up with a book in the master bedroom’s private library, challenge each other to games and puzzles stored beneath the living room TV, or keep the kids entertained with play kitchen sets and toys on the sunny enclosed porch.
The main level is a hub for gathering:
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area,
A cozy decorative propane stove,
Mini-split A/C for year-round comfort,

Two bedrooms are located on the lower level, one with a queen bed and another with a double and alongside the inviting “purple room”, where exposed beams and leather seating make for a perfect reading or relaxation spot. You'll also find a separate laundry area, a full bathroom, and a convenient half bath.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and sweeping views of the neighboring farm. Nearby is a whimsical twin bedroom, creating a peaceful retreat for families or friends. All bedrooms are equipped with ultra-quiet window A/C units to ensure restful sleep, even during the warmest months.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!
Pet Policy: We're delighted to welcome your pets; simply inform us in advance for approval, and a $175 fee will be applied upon approval. Please note that unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee added to your bill to maintain a pet-friendly environment.
Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Air conditioning: Please be advised that the AC units should not be set below 70 degrees. Setting the temperature lower than 70 degrees may trip the breaker, causing a disruption in service.
