„The location is superb. It’s on a quiet street and the apartment is quiet. The building (which is small) appears to have been recently renovated. All the fixtures and appliances worked well. The rooms are spacious enough. The air conditioning worked very well and was adjustable in each room. In easy walking distance were perhaps 200 restaurants, innumerable shops, and major tourist attractions. We even walked to the train station (50 minutes) and the Cite du Vin (40 minutes). „Schöne, saubere und schicke Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Absolut ruhig und fast kein Verkehr auf der Straße. Die Wohnung war perfekt für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Kommunikation absolut problemlos, der Check-in Vorgang war auch total unkompliziert. Wir waren eine Woche zu viert (erwachsene) und können diese tolle Unterkunft ohne bedenken empfehlen. „Great views and location for old Bordeaux and for accessing the Arkea Arena (we were in Bordeaux mainly to attend a concert there). Great access to excellent tram and bus system for all Bordeaux activities. As well as walking distance to plentiful restaurants ,cafes and bars and many attractions. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a wide open living and dining area is great. The climb up four flights of stairs is not ideal for the less able but does ensure Great views from the apartment ...

„Lage und Ausstattung 1a, trotz hoher Temperaturen bis 38 ° war es durch Klimaanlage sehr gut auszuhalten. Fußläufig zur Altstadt, durch Tram sind auch entferntere Ziele gut zu erreichen. „Das neue Verkehrskonzept erlaubt es nicht, die kleine Strasse vor dem Haus zum Ausladen des Gepäcks zu benutzen. Man muss daher alle Koffer vom 300 m entfernten Parkhaus über viele Trepoen zum Haus tragen und dann über die unzähligen Treppen in den dritten Stock. Mit viel Gepäck schlicht nicht möglich. (Dreiwöchige Rundreise). Im Appartement ist es nicht möglich die Fenster zu öffnen, es ist zu laut. Der Kühlschrank war relativ sauber, roch aber unglaublich stark nach Fisch. Kurzum, wir haben ...
