Definitely does not match the pictures on websites. Missing drawer handles in room. Toilet door swollen and won't close. Hallways are filthy. Piles of dead flies and wasps on window sills. Damp everywhere. Ceiling falling in with leaks. Wallpaper hanging off walls. Curtains hanging off rails and filthy. Door of room bangs every time someone else opens a door. As for the spa. All of the showers handles in the male changing rooms are damaged to the point were it breaks skin to turn on and off. Roof of main pool area in poor repair. Sealants of windows in the roof hanging down. If we could have found another hotel with availability for our stay we would not have hesitated in moving. Very disappointed. The outer exterior of the hotel has paint and parts of the facade missing or peeling off. On the plus side... the staff were pleasant and friendly. Bar area was more modern and the 1 breakfast we had was fine. Bed was clean and comfy. Slept well. This will only let me upload 8 pictures but i have more. None of the poor state of the Spa unfortunately.

Late check in, nobody there until 4pm, the parking they advertise does not exist

We had a great stay, comfy and spacious, great communication from the host too. Check in was simple and easy. Plus there were extra fans in the rooms which was fab during these baking hot nights. Definetly recommended.

Beautiful place. Very clean. Food is second to none! Very noisy on a night and difficult to get to sleep with constant banging of doors which I assume is from the pub below.

First impressions were okay I’m very quiet place . When checking in the lady behind the desk informed us that she lost the key to the room that we was allocated and move me and and my partner to a room to a different room. We went into the room and very quickly I noticed that the door was already open, as going in we tried to lock the door behind us and the bowel in the door lock was jammed meaningless of security risk. Went back to the reception and told her the situation to then give us a a new room a couple of doors down. As we opened the new room, we was very cautious about what happened in the other room so we checked the door to then our surprise we couldn’t open the door and found that the door was shut tight because of fresh paint that had been me and my partner had to physically pull the door to open the door so we could go back to reception and complain yet again about another problem that we had . I think all in all we had three room changes in the space of half an hour. I asked the lady behind the reception if had a maintenance person on site and they said no and by the looks she was the only person on Shift that night as she was running the bar and the restaurant as well . There’s two doors in the reception that has been banging all night. I’ve got woken up at 1 o’clock in the morning by people banging the doors . I’ll come here to have a night away so then go home and have to have a nap because of the unsettled night I had here.
