„We had a wonderful stay. It was a rather large apartment and the decor was beautiful. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was so key and we really appreciated the king size beds. We were so appreciative of the fact that there was not a moldy smell in the unit as is typical of Charleston. “

„The perfect weekend getaway even when the weather can’t decide what to do! We came here for our 45th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The bed was comfy, the scenery was beautiful, the wildlife was phenomenal, the apartment was well appointed with everything we needed, it was clean and quiet. We got a neighbor upstairs, but that was all good too. We coexisted nicely and there was plenty of space for all of us outside. The neighborhood is nice for walks and fun bike rides too! Close ...

„This one bed room apartment is a wonderful cozy stay. The unit was clean and is great for a couple. The kitchen is well furnished if you want to eat in. The location is great. We were able to get downtown in about 20 minutes and there are several restaurants close by. Our host was very helpful troubleshooting a few minor issues and the checkin process was easy. Definitely recommend if you want to visit Charleston.“

„Great time in Charleston. Listing was cozy and comfortable. Location wasn’t in the “fancy” Charleston district but overall a quiet and pleasant stay. About 5-10 minutes from grocery stores and around 20-25 from beaches (Isle of Palms was wonderful) 100% would recommend staying here to any of my friends.“

„This property was amazing! I chose it mostly for the beautiful kitchen but the location was a great coincidence (only a few blocks from King Street). We planned on cooking a feast during our stay there and the pictures showed a very well equipped kitchen and a charcoal grill. However we did have some issues with the gas stove (had some difficulty getting the flame to turn on again after we turned it off) and the grill's lighter was out of fluid and there was no scrubber to clean it before we ...

„The property was very easy to find and access with good parking and seemed to be in a very quiet part of the town We have stayed on Folly approximately 10 times, and this was one of our better experiences. Everything was clean as a pin with beautiful ocean front views and just a short 5 minute walk to the pier. We really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is just looking for a nice leisurely stay.“

„Fabulous long weekend at this charming home! Location was great - very walkable to neighborhood restaurants and shops, including King Street. The home had everything we needed and was perfectly set-up. Having a private yard was a bonus. The concierge team was super helpful and accessible, even when we had questions at 9:00 pm on a Friday! Would definitely come back!“
