It`s on the hill that slopes towards Torre Vado, tourist location on the Ionian coast, Villa Mila is a modern luxury villa where you can spend your holidays by the sea in Apulia. It`s inspired to the rural style of the old pajara
(typical house), Villa Mila is on two floors and it`s surrounded by a
big garden with pool and parking area and equipped with accessories such
as air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue and internet. It can easily accommodate up to 8 guests.

accessories, is an amazing solution for a relaxing and fun holiday in Apulia, on the Ionian coast. The villa is entirely fenced, introduced by a driveway that takes to a big parking area with two covered parking spots. Other paths take the guests to the turquoise pool, passing by the garden with its Mediterranean essences. By the pool there are the solarium with beach beds on the lawn and a beautiful furnished gazebo.

Villa Mila is on two floors, with stone walls that recall the rural architecture of Salento: the old pajare (typical houses). The upper floor is introduced by a dainty furnished verandah ideal at lunch or dinner and it consists of a large living room with sofa and television, a habitable kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one single bedroom and one bathroom with shower. The lower floor is reachable with the inner staircase or from outside and it`s a sleeping area: 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Villa Mila is in Torre Vado, one of the famous seaside locations on the Ionian coast, in Salento. It`s in the countryside, 1,3 kilometers away from the seafront promenade
and a small beach. In addition to the small harbor, in Torre Vado there
are amenities such as restaurant, pharmacy, diving school and a
minimarket. Torre Vado is 9 kilometers away from Santa Maria di Leuca, 2 kiloemters away from the beautiful beaches of Pescoluse and 16 kilometers away from Torre San Giovanni and Ugento.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off season pool's opening euro 150.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There is no air conditioner in all the rooms.
