Short-term rental guests are not permitted to bring their boats into the community entrance. You will have to use a nearby public boat slip, ramp & parking.

Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings. Any unauthorized guests, including day guests, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.



We have a very strict no pets policy. Pets on the property will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund.



You must be 25 years of age to book. ID verification will be required.



For your safety, a security camera is located at the front door & above the garage. The cameras face the entrance & driveway and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera doorbell is actively recording video and audio is monitored.
