"Wir waren mit einem großen Hund dort und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war großzügig und in einer sehr guten Lage. Zum Flur hin gab es ein Fenster mit Milchglas, welches sich leider nicht abdunkeln ließ. Dadurch war es nachts etwas hell, allerdings nicht sonderlich dramatisch. Insbesondere unser Hund wurde die gesamte Aufenthaltszeit über toll behandelt - das hat uns umso mehr gefreut!! :-) Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in eurem Hotel. Leon, Elisa und Idefix"

"Perfekte Lage neben Parkhaus und Stadtzentrum. Für Ausflüge im Wallis perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Schöne und mit viel Liebe dekorierte Zimmer. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Personal sehr freundlich, Hund war willkommen. Frühstück für jeden etwas dabei. Würde es wieder buchen."

"Tolle Lage am See. Kleiner Privatstrand. Zimmer historisch eingerichtet, aber im guten Zustand. Klimaanlage sehr ruhig. Auf Anreise mit Auto orientiert. Abholung ab Bahnhof wäre toll."

"Ich bin gerne immer wieder in diesem Hotel. Zentral bei der Altstadt und Bahnhof. Ich nutze es für meine Mountainbiketouren im Wallis. Es hat auch eine gute Veloeinstellmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da ich dieses Angebot nicht nutze."

"Ich wurde auf das Partnerhotel Porta Cervino umgebucht, was nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt lag. Dafür war das Zimmer umgegranded worden mit kleiner Küche. Sehr sauber, modern und sehr guter Service. Klar zu empfehlen."

"Nicely situated, right where the river meets the lake. They offer free parking (or garage parking for a fair price) and then we could reach all shops and restaurants in the area on foot. The place was very clean und the staff friendly and professional. The only minus is the age of the building, that is really showing. Stuff like the worn-down reception or the old-fashioned bathroom. Or the blinds on one window that could not be closed because of some damage. But it didn't really bother us, since it was all really clean. And the room itself and its furniture looked like it was actually newer than other parts of the building."
