„This place is a hidden gem. It’s so spacious and quiet and relaxing. We are having a very busy trip down the Pacific coast and Salinas was an oasis in the middle of rolling farmland, for us to recharge away from the tourist bustle of Monterey. The lovely town of Salinas and the excellent Steinbeck museum was icing on the cake.“

The home is well cared for, plenty of space, comfortable beds and a nicely supplied kitchen. We appreciated the larger dining room table and family room that fit us all. Oh, and bonus - the sunsets were amazing! “

„This property is SO quiet and secluded, nestled in the deep woods. But it's also very close to a great market, home-made ice cream and restaurants. We walked to these nearby places when we didn't want to take the car. Gabriel was a WONDERFUL host. We felt comfortable, cozy and safe in the house surrounded by the beautiful woods. Behind the gate to the property, there is room for two cars only, which was fine for us. We were sisters, nieces and daughters, aged 16 to 76. “

„Our family of 8 (2 kids) loved this beach house. We are active, and we loved being right across the street from the ocean. The house is dated, but it had nearly everything that we needed and no one complained. One suggestion would be to replace the bunk beds and twin bed in bedroom #3 with a larger bed that a couple could sleep in comfortably. Don't miss going to Marianne's Ice Cream while you're there. We will definitely return. “
