„Sehr freundliches Personal mit hervorragender Lage in Montepulciano. Parkplätze, reserviert für Hotelgäste, bei einem unweit (ca. 200m) in einem öffentlichen Parkbereich verfügbar. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht vorhanden. Das Motto des Hotels „il Riccio“ (der Igel) wurde in vielen Details eingearbeitet, das trägt zu dem guten, sympathischen Gesamteindruck bei.“

„Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel für Italienreisende. Von der Schweiz bis Kalabrien genau auf halber Strecke gelegen. Man muss nicht mal von der Autobahn. Das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Zimmer einfach aber sehr bequem ausgestattet. Sehr sauber! Das Essen im Hotel sehr gut! Schnell serviert und auch dort, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Wir kommen wieder😜👍“

„Sehr nah am Zentrum ..100m , allerdings keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Kommt man zu spät muss man einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz nehmen. Es gibt zwar weiße Parkplätze, diese werden aber schnell von Touristen besetzt….Zimmer extrem hellhörig, ansonsten alles was man braucht für 1-2 Nächte “

„Ein super schönes Zimmer, sehr zentral mitten in Montepulciano. Es gibt einige Stufen zu überwinden und es gibt kein Lift (oft an diesem Orten wegen der alten bauweise) aber wie gesagt dafür tolle Lage und ein sehr schönes Zimmer - kann ich nur empfehlen.“

„Heat didnt work, it was FREEZING. Contact didnt seem to be local, seemed like they were managing remotely and couldnt or wouldnt send anyone to help. Nor did they really seem to care. Beautiful area though!“

„Our family of four loved our stay at this family-owned villa. It's an easy drive to Montepulciano and the surrounding region. The aesthetic of this place is on point and the apartments come with a kitchenette. Great pool and outdoor seating also. The apartments do not have AC at the time of this writing, so if you come mid summer it may be too hot. They may get it with time? Also, there is not daily cleaning or a place to do laundry at the location - just FYI. Overall, a very charming place ...
