We had a great stay at this house. Enough room for everyone and the amenities were as described. It was a bit of a walk along a road to get to the main section of town but close enough to be reasonably convenient. The parking spot was very helpful. We visited in mid November and many of the businesses were closed for the season.

What a beautiful home in Montepulciano that was just perfect for us - NOTHING beats the views we had from this place!! It was spacious and charming. There were many personal touches, including a bottle of wine to greet us when we walked in, and the communication with the host was excellent. The parking spot was a bit small, but I was so grateful we had parking in that area - as parking is hard to find with those small streets and lots of shops/restaurants! :) We would definitely stay here again, and had a remarkable trip!

This house and location was perfect. Beautiful views and a great kitchen. Montepulciano was our favorite town that we visited on our trip. Easy check in and the host had a document that she sent us that had a lot of great info.

Excellent view close to everything!

We had a wonderful week at Casa Pellegrino. The house has stunning views from three different terrasses. The ovner is easy to get in contact with.We cooked all of our dinners in the house, and that worked out just fine!Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Views

Enjoyed our stay. Especially the spectacular views of the nearby area. Short walk up to the city center. Great recommendations for restaurants to try from the host. There was a heat wave while during our time and the small AC units didn't do much to cool things down, but we survived!

This apartment did not provide the quality of stay we wanted. We only spent the first night of the four night stay we purchased. We relocated due to the noise from roadways both above and below the building. Noise, along with inadequate mosquito barriers, made it necessary to sleep with floor fansrunnng. All told it was not the experience we were looking for.

This property is stellar, the views are incredible, and there is plenty of space. A few things need work - the stairs are creaky and a bit loose, the bug screens on windows need to be replaced, the chairs outside need some fixing and a few more supplies (coffee cups, kitchen towels) could be more abundant. That being said the property is worth it for the view alone. One thing to note - it is very steep in the area so those with mobility issues may struggle a bit. We enjoyed it and thought it was perfect

Our stay was wonderful and full of fun and adventure. Montepulciano is a beautiful place. The villa was in great position to get around easily. The view from the patio was spectacular. Our host was responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this villa.

Authentic Italian Tuscan Home

We had a wonderful time in Erika’s spacious home. The location is perfect as are the views. This is a rustic house with all that you will need. Montepulciano is the most friendly, comfortable town you could want and everything is within walking distance.

Good location

This was a very convenient location for exploring a lot of great sites in Tuscany. When we were there it was chilly and rainy a lot of the time. There was no heat in the house, so we were cold in the evenings.

Montepulciano condo

This was fantastic. The condo was super comfortable and the location was spectacular. We had 8 people and were very comfortable. We could easily walk to restaurants and stores in the town. Our host was amazing - communication was great and she provided tons of suggestions (the picnic at the nearby cheese farm and suggested restaurants were great). She even helped us get a reservation for our big group on one of the nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Tuscany house with great location and fantastic view!

The views from this house are fantastic! And the location is perfect - steps from the old town of Montepulciano. Communication with Erika, the host was great. She prepared us with lots of details and recommendations for things to do nearby. We had some questions during our stay and Erika was very responsive. There is so much to do in the area - I almost wished we had more time to hang out on the beautiful terraces!

Amazing Views!

We were overwhelmed with the beautiful views! Very comfortable, everything we needed was available to us. All the info that was left for us was so helpful! The owner couldn’t have been nicer.. Don’t hesitate in choosing this property!

What a location

You could not have a villa any closer to the historic village of Montepulciano. And you could not top the views of Tuscany. Erika provided the best summary of what to do, places to go, and what to taste - all of which helped us enjoy our stay.

Great views of wine country

Awesome views many decks to enjoy the outdoors, this house is good for a large group can easily fit 8-10 people. The previous reviews are accurate as house could use some updated furniture and cooling units. Plenty of kitchen utensils etc. and owner is very responsive to questions and helpful up front with guides on the area. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location in Montepulciano

Erika was fantastic with communication and had general house instructions including area recommendations printed in a manual. The check-in/check-out process was clear and efficient. House was as described and was clean and well-stocked with general items and is in a great location. Montepulciano is a great central location for several driving tours we did as well as walking into and exploring the unique city.
