This historic property, located in the hills of Montemurlo Alto, sits directly on the Via delle Rocche, a historic road. The house dates back to the 15th through 17th centuries. A meticulous renovation completed in 2018 preserved the original stone walls and reinforced them with a modern steel framework.



At the heart of the house is a spacious room with a double-height ceiling. A modern staircase and a suspended glass walkway let you admire the full height of the stone wall. The owners have only partially converted the upper floor, so you can enjoy the room’s unique character from both levels.
