„Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr dunkel! Das Zimmer war sauber aber nicht gelüftet, auch während des Aufenthalts war immer alles verschlossen, sogar die Jalousien. Ich finde es sehr schade das es am Frühstücksbuffette nicht ein Stück frisches Brot gibt, in einer Zone die so gutes Brot hat, dass es in ganz Italien verkauft wird! Wenn man Wasser wollte bedient man sich aus 1,5 Liter Flaschen; ist das Pandemie konform??? Für cafe und anderes nur plastikbecher/kartonbecher, ist ...

„Flexibles Hotel. Ich hatte spezielle Ansprüche/Anfragen bzgl. temporären Parkens (acht Tage) meines Autos, ohne meine Anwesenheit, sowie zwecks Unterbringung eines Fahrrads. Wurde vom Hotel perfekt gelöst.“

„Struttura moderna dotata di ristorante interno (ottimo) e parcheggio interno. Soggiorno di lavoro. Unico appunto, se si puo' chiamare in questi termini, non avere il cappuccino fatto a dovere. La macchinetta per caffè/cappuccio va bene in un b&b, NSM Palace di Lucera offre un ottimo servizio nel complesso, quindi il servizio bar sarebbe in linea.“

„Very (unexpectedly) nice property which appears to be brand new. Modern, very clean room with great air conditioning. Elevator was a great touch. Our 10-year-old was with us and the staff even put out a child-sized robe which was an amazingly thoughtful touch. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, even struggling with English to accommodate us. Safe (free!), on-site parking. Breakfast was delicious with a varied menu. Would definitely stay here again!“
