This came in handy to locate the trails and amazing waterfall on the grounds. There is a super cute pavilion with outdoor fireplace and fire pit, along with rocking chairs for when the nights start to warm up. Definitely plan on returning. “

„Clean, just as described. Small community of tiny homes. We visited in the fall. Most of the other homes seemed to be vacant at the time which was nice. Hot enjoyed the hot tub. The bed was comfortable. Great little spot to explore nearby trails, monteagle, and Sewanee.“

The gas fireplace, which was a crucial part of our decision to rent this property, was not functional. One double bed had no sheets at all, the other had only a bottom sheet, requiring the sleeper to use the blanket as a top sheet. The host's "solution" was to have the housekeeper hang a bag with a sheet on the front door handle the next day. There were minor omissions ...
