We stopped at this hotel during our road trip from Nebraska to Tampa Fl. We had made our reservation in advance, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. First, the front desk service was terrible. They attempted to charge the security deposit for one of our rooms approximately three times, but the money was not returned. We tried to speak with the front desk receptionist to get an explanation and resolve the issue, but she had a very unpleasant attitude and was unwilling to help. She barely provided any clear explanation. On top of that, since we had booked two rooms, we were eventually forced to pay the deposit for the second room in cash because, according to the hotel, only one of the three transactions had been approved and the others had been declined. We were exhausted after driving for approximately 15 hours and simply did not want to get into an argument, so we paid again. Unfortunately, the condition of both rooms was just as disappointing. They were extremely dirty, the bed sheets had a horrible smell, and the bathrooms had used bar soap left behind. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. We understand that this is not a luxury resort, and we were certainly not expecting luxury accommodations. However, that is no excuse for providing rooms in such poor and unhygienic condition. Between the terrible customer service, the confusion and problems with the security deposits, and the unacceptable cleanliness of both rooms!!

The WORST mattress I have ever slept on. The lamps were rusting. The air vent on the ac/heat unit was full of lint and dust. The wall on the bathroom had dirty spots of something unidentifiable. The commode quit working and we fixed it. The breakfast was nominal. Again, the mattresses were small and horribly uncomfortable. We asked for 2 beds in our reservation, but who knew there was something smaller these days in motels. The only bright spot was the courtesy and pleasantness of the staff. The property location is good. The upkeep lacks tremendously. I took pictures it was so bad. Unfortunately, I can't get them to upload...Expediate I can email them to you.

Wir waren drei Nächte in dem Motel. Um nach Downtown zu kommen muss man ca. 15 Minuten fahren. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gibt es dort nicht. Das Motel ist sehr heruntergekommen. Die Zimmer waren ok, aber der Sessel und der Stuhl waren total verranzt und löchrig. Die Putzfrau kommt einmal am Tag ins Zimmer, nimmt den Müll mit und wechselt die Handtücher, egal ob man das möchte oder nicht. Ansonsten wird im Zimmer nichts gemacht, nicht einmal die Toilette. Da es im Zimmer nicht einmal eine Toilettenbürste gibt, ist das sehr unangenehm. Frühstück soll es eigentlich von 6.00 bis 9.00 geben, aber als wir um 8.00 in der heruntergekommenen Lobby waren, gab es nur leere Behältnisse, und leicht gebräuntes Wasser, das wohl Kaffee sein sollte. Wenigstens gab es einen Saft-Automaten, aus dem A- und O-Saft kam. Wir haben uns hier überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt und sind froh, dass unser Roadtrip weiter geht.

Stained floors. Everything was dirty, discovered a bloody towel in the dresser drawer. Just horrible horrible. If it wasn’t 11:00pm at night I would’ve requested new room or moved hotels. It was my wife and my 2 year old. Should’ve abandoned hotel after seeing how stained everything was… discovered more in the morning once daylight came.. have several pics of management would like them.

We had some very loud neighbors blasting music, but the staff was helpful in getting us moved to another room. Overall, it was clean and conveniently located to lots of great dining and shopping options. I appreciated that the rooms feature both soft and firm pillows for a variety of guests. I can't comment on breakfast since we checked out before it was available, but we appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea. Had a good stay overall.
