„Everything was absolutely amazing, from Riccardo the GM checking us in. Explaining how everything works in the room, and giving us directions for parking and recommending different restaurants. And helping us with our little mishap with the car, Riccardo was very prompt in all communications. The hotel is a perfect stop in the middle of town - to be able to explore. We would definitely recommend and come back again and again“

„Roberto, his wife and his staff were all round great. Very friendly helpful and great service. We were very happy to find this authentic castle/village to stay in Tuscany.“

„The property is in a FANTASTIC location.“

It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). The breakfast was simple and included fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced cheese and cold cut, packages sweets, tea, coffee and water. The owners were ...
