Villa Vecchia (300 sqm) consists of a main building (three levels) with two apartments and a detached dependence.

MAIN BUILDING (sleeps 12)

In the basement of the main building, you will find a laundry room (with washing machine, iron/ironing board and drying rack).

APARTMENT 1 (main building, left side)

On the ground floor of this 107 sqm apartment, you will find a sitting room (with satellite TV), a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 5 burners, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, fireplace, table with chairs), one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet) and a covered veranda (with table, chairs, sofa, and armchairs).

APARTMENT 2 (main building, right side)

On the ground floor of this 135 sqm apartment, you will find you will find a living room (with sofa, two armchair beds), a large, well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 5 burners, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, table with chairs, fireplace), one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet) and a veranda with a view of the swimming pool (with large table).

In the dependence (58 sqm), you will find a living room (with double sofa bed, table with chairs, satellite TV) and a well-equipped kitchen (with induction hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

Outside, the villa is set in a large garden with olive trees, a vineyard, and an orchard. There is a shady veranda next to the main building (furnished with large tables and chairs for alfresco dining), and a wooden building to the front of the main building (with large windows, tables, chairs, armchairs, a wood-burning oven, barbecue, and stove). Also in the garden, you will find a children's playground, a private swimming pool with a Jacuzzi corner (6m x 12m; depth 1.2m – 1.6m; open from 1 May to 30 September), sun terrace and a shower. The villa entrance has an automated gate, and private covered parking is available onsite.
