„This was a very nice getaway for the night and not too far from town. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because we got there and the heat had not been on in days - it took two full hours to heat up. I didn’t think that was something we needed to inquire about but maybe we will next time. In addition, Someone left a battery out of the smoke alarm and it was beeping on and off all night. „I was in a horrible accident and went to see family that lives in Keno but I can’t navigate their property in my current condition. Most of my family stayed at local hotels and they regretted it when they saw the beautiful house. The kitchen was well equipped we were able to prepare meals and eat together the scenery is amazing. We were running late getting there and they went and turned the lights in the heaters on for us which is a level of care I’ve never received staying anywhere. The art is ...

„The cabin was absolutely amazing, it was clean and neat when we got there, and the heaters were on. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Ryan the maintenance guy was there in less than 10 minutes and fixed it. He was polite and courteous and prompt.The views were amazing and the little nature walk was very nice. But the hot tub did all the heavy lifting.“

The restaurant was closed, but the Hyatt was 8 minutes away, and was told by the helpful person there that the restaurant will open again soon. Will definitely look to book another say during winter.“
