„Unsere Wohnung war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles sauber und funktionierte. Der Verwalter Daniel war einfach perfekt, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang in den Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants. “

„Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Morro d Alba insgesamt waren wir 23 Erwachsene und Kinder. Das Meer ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die super Tipps von Heidi haben wir fast alle umgesetzt. Wir sagen Danke und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen“

„The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs ...

„Wie (2 families with children from 10 to 18) had a great time in a wonderful situated house near the sea (10 minutes by car). The pool is big and filled with saltwater and surrounded with enough deckchairs for everybody… The interior of the house is very nice and the Kirchen really big and with everything you need. The only thing to know is, that the room with the four beds is under the roof and therefore really narrow.“

„The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche.“

„We were 5 families (19 persons) and had a perfect vacation. The service was very good and all our questions were answered immediately. The apartements are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean. The pool and the garden around the villa allowed us a perfect recreation and gave us a great view around the marche landscape.“

„Villa in magnifica posizione con ampi e molto piacevoli spazi esterni, anche se un poco trascurati. Attrezzatura casa funzionale, mobilio molto datato. Spiagge e borghi facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Strada d’accesso alla propietà non asfaltata e molto segnata dalla pioggia. L’’House Manager Carlo molto efficiente, cordiale e disponibile.“

„Anwesen in der Nähe von Filottrano, Italien, war traumhaft! Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen und bot absolute Privatsphäre, von atemberaubender Natur. Wir die liebevoll eingerichteten, geräumigen Räume mit Schlafzimmern genossen – perfekt für unsere große Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, mit makelloser Pflege und herrlicher Aussicht auf die Hügel. Der grüne Rasen, zahlreiche Sitzplätze im Sonnenschein oder Schatten und ein großer, perfekt ausgestatteter Grillplatz trugen zum ...

"Wir waren mit 2 Kindern im Urlaub und würden nie wieder kommen Wir hatten einen Bungalow Das Badezimmer war eine einzige Katastrophe am Wc war der Deckel lose die Duschkabine war so klein keine Ahnung wie man dort duschen soll Das komplette Badezimmer war mit Linoleum verkleidet es roch sehr unangenehm An einem Tag hat es geregnet da kamm das Wasser am Fenster rein und lief in eine Steckdose Wir waren wirklich schockiert das man sowas noch vermietet Der Pool Bereich ist auch komplett veraltet und marode wir waren nur einmal dort Die Folie vom Becken löst sich überall, Fließen sind locker oder gar nicht mehr vorhanden Wir haben über 2000 € für den Aufenthalt bezahlt plus knapp 170 € für Parken Das ist wirklich übertrieben für den Zustand der Anlage Der Ort und das Personal war das einzig positive "
