„Beautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700s“

„Bed & Breakfast mitten in der Natur, mit einem kleinen Pool und viel Platz für alle zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück ist reichlich mit süßen und deftigen Sachen. Die Gegend ist nicht so bekannt, aber ich bin froh da gewesen zu sein. Viele kleine Mittelalterlichen Städte wie San Ginesio und Sarnano, in der Nähe von Monti Sibillini und in 1 Stunde ist man am Strand. Danke und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. “

„Anlage als solches wunderbar, schöner Garten, toller Pool, tolles Restaurant Zimmer und vor allem Bäder zumindest im Haupthaus deutlich „zu alt“- Spinnenweben an den Lampen, Wasserflecken am Deckenputz, abgestoßene Wanne i einem Bad, Bidet undicht im anderen...- das war etwas zu viel „Vintage Chic“- “
