„Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubszeit im Haus verlebt, mit allen notwendigen Dingen versorgt, hatten Ärger mit dem Leihfahrzeug und hätten ohne die umgehende Hilfe (Sonntag Mittag auf der Landstraße) durch den Vermieter und später dann durch die Telefonate und emails seiner Frau mit AVIS die Situation kaum so schnell geregelt bekommen.
