„My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars. Here is the story: Upon arrival for checking in, i was advised by the receptionist on duty (named Hong) that I would need to pay more for the 3 kids that accompanied me and the family to the resort. I had booked the entire 3 bedroom villa which says sleeps 9, and ...

„our room was really dirty. we arrived around 7:00 pm. the coffee spoon had a hair. they did not clean our room properly. there were some small balloons from previous guest in the wardrobe. the water was leaking in the bathroom a whole night. there were so many mosquitoes. we would not recommend this hotel. “

„This is a lovely small boutique hotel ,with fantastic staff and clean comfortable facilities. It is within easy walking distance to the university area going uphill( 3 or 4 minutes) and the lake and city center going downhill.( 15 or 20 minutes) . Great town with lots to do, highly recommend. Check out the Maze Bar in toen. I guarantee it is worth a vist. Mind Blowing.“
