„We had a lovely time staying in the old stone cottage. It was charming and comfy. We had a great time exploring the area, and enjoyed Vermont Vines wines and burgers very close by. Also MacLomain's Scottish pub in Chester. Grafton is a short drive away. Nice location. And the host was very friendly and accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thanks!“

„We moved 27 years ago from NH. John was born in New London and raised in Sunapee. We raised our 2 kids in Henniker. Rodd cottage made an amazing place to bring our family together. Peaceful and relaxing. Lots of things to do too.Thank you to the Rodd family for sharing.“

„My husband & I needed a break before summer started & our work lives get crazy. This beautiful cottage was exactly what we needed. The peacefulness while watching birds & wildlife. The only know is go shopping prior to arriving. We went to Shaws that was 17 min away. It was so grossly over priced. Maybe due to the remoteness of the area....other than that this was a fantastic getaway. “

„Sportsman's Pond and Blueberry Cottage provided the ideal location for disconnecting from the noise and busyness of every day life. The pond was beautifully serene, without outboard motors, jet skis, etc. The fall colors were gorgeous. The hosts provided every sort of watercraft one might want. I kayaked everyday exploring the shoreline and watching for birds. „Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. “

John updated and his wife tastefully decorated their cottage and thought of everything including spices, toiletries, swim toys and a fully stocked kitchen allowing for great home cooked meals. „The location was great just off highway with town down the road for food gas etc. Owner provided everything possible for stay. Stayed in touch throughout to check on any needs. The road to the cabin was dirt and had some serious ruts but that wasn’t her responsibility. Entry would be iffy for mobility impaired. Tub could use a grab bar. Otherwise a great stay. “

"Die Einrichtung und ich meine Einrichtung ist in jeder Beziehung spartanisch. Das einzige positive war, dass das Zimmer sauber war und die Klimaanlage gut und leise funktioniert hat. Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit eine Kaffeemaschine ein paar trockene Muffins Tüten mit oat Milch und Besteck gab's nicht. Ich empfehle hotel.com das Hotel aus dem Programm zu nehmen oder mindestens Frühstück inklusive zu streichen. Es spricht nicht für hotel.com wenn so freche falsche Angaben unterstützt werden. Als Kunde verlasse ich mich darauf, das alle Angaben korrekt sind."
