„Absolutely lovely time at Mary Anne's place! She was so kind and did lots of little things to ensure my daughter and I had what we needed during a snowstorm. Place was beautiful, bed comfortable, and just a perfect location to visit Crotched Mountain for the weekend. Thanks, Mary Anne! Will be back!“

„Cottage Beside a Waterfall is a peaceful, artistic and creative space. The atmosphere is that of love of family, care for Nature and passion for Art and creativity. I was guided to the cottage even when it was late, cold and dark. “

„The decor is very cute, however we didn’t have hot water the first day and next morning. I messaged owner through vrbo but got no reply to the issue. They also asked that you don't use there face cloth & towel for makeup to use makeup wipes provided but there were not any. The faucets were dirty and there was a weird smell in the cabin. The location is convenient to areas we were visiting. “
