„Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.“

„We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did. We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. Had a hard time finding the laundry rooms and had to get help on how to pay, plus we were yelled at for accidentally moving our chairs across the ...
