The upper floor of the villa contains an independent apartment, occupied by the owners during the medium and low seasons (and closed during the high and very high seasons to ensure guest privacy).

This villa is also an excellent base for easily exploring the stunning territory of southeastern Sicily: from the beautiful beaches and charming coastal villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo, and Marzamemi, to the enchanting Baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto, and Syracuse. You’ll also have access to fascinating archaeological sites such as Kamarina and Cava d’Ispica, as well as the Vendicari Nature Reserve.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
