„Desk chair did not adjust up or down and was too low to use effectively at the desk. WiFi was very spotty. It kept disconnecting and reconnecting which made working very frustrating.“

The other issue was that the toilet handle had to be held down for a very long time to get it to flush fully. The ski experience was great b/c there were lockers on site and the lift really was close by. The only issue they experienced was with Streaming TV. It would not stay on (it kept turning off) and it would not enable streaming. They researched ways to fix the issues but were unsuccessful. They shared this experience with the property manager. “

„This was a very comfortable townhouse located at Snowshoe. It was equipped with everything needed for a nice stay. Great laundry room as you initially enter the unit, so you can put all your ski equipment, and wet clothes there, and not carry the dirt inside. Plenty of heaters throughout, as well as a gas fireplace. Large rectangular kitchen table with bench seating, enough for all guests to sit and eat. The walk to the shuttle was an uphill journey, and would prefer it closer. A short walk ...
