"Positive: 1.rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Bed very confortable with different choice of pillows. 2.Very clean and well maintained: houskeeping is doing a great job . Special mention to Julie who was really accomodating. 3.Free hotel shuttle to and from the airport with nice and helpful drivers Negative: 1. Frontdesk staff is really not helpful. Lack of willingness to help with basic information and bordeline rude and disrespectul. They might need some training on how to address costumers 2.Location is a bit far from Toronto center but the shuttle to the airport makes it easier to just grab transport from the airport to the city center (20mn ride) 3.There is no restaurant in the hotel which is unfortunate ( specially for breakfast) but plenty of options at a walking distance. There is also a Denny's restaurant connected to the hotel but mainly American fast food. To summarize gokd hotel but frontdesk staff need to do better"

"Saubere Zimmer, genügend kostenlose Parkplätze, Restaurants und Supermärkte gut erreichbar und Flughafen, wenn der Verkehr läuft, innerhalb von ca 20 min erreichbar. Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben. Man kann aber gegen Aufpreis Sachen bestellen. Alles in allem immer wieder gerne!"

"Das Studio war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Es war ruhig. Parkplätze waren kostenlos vorhanden.Die Lage zum Flughafen war sehr gut. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen."
