Benötigen Sie Ihren Raum? Wir haben das mit vier komfortablen Schlafzimmern (eines davon ist ein Schlafraum mit sechs Schlafplätzen), JEDER MIT SEINEM EIGENEN SUITE-BAD.

Das Dolphin House befindet sich auf der Fairway auf halbem Weg zwischen der Abschlagbox und dem Green am Loch Nr. 2 des Baytowne Golf Course, einem der drei öffentlichen Plätze, die sich hier befinden. Der OVERSIZED PORCH ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, sodass Sie während der heißen Hitze des Tages im Schatten unter den Fans sitzen und lesen oder Live-Golf beobachten können. Unsere Veranda ist auch ein wunderbarer Ort, um die Dämmerung und die Abendstunden zu genießen. Das Design der Villa Lago und die große Ausdehnung des Platzes vermittelt Ihnen das Gefühl, als wären Sie die einzige Gruppe.

Villa Lago hat einen eigenen privaten Pool, für diese Zeiten möchten Sie nur ein kurzes Bad.

Der Yachthafen, das Tenniscenter (Hart- und Weichplätze), der Pool, die Insel Jolee Island und das beliebte, kinderfreundliche Baytowne Village sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Bringen Sie die Golfwagen zum Strand, zum Lebensmittelgeschäft, zum Film oder zum Einkaufen. Machen Sie eine Runde durch den großen Kreis und durch die schönen Viertel von Sandestin. Wenn Sie erst einmal hier sind, gibt es wirklich KEIN MUSS, wieder im Auto zu sein.

Beautiful home. This is our second you’re staying and we absolutely enjoyed it. I love the convenience of the area, close to shopping and eateries. Do you have access to two golf carts that allow you to explore the community, go across to the beach, go shopping, or Get a meal without having to leave the community. The home is furnished with all the amenities that make your visit comfortable and convenient. Do you have access to beach umbrellas floats, beach toys, chairs, and a wagon. This is great if you have small children, or you are traveling a long distance to visit the beautiful Florida beaches

Beautiful property! All the Amenities that You need to make your stay enjoyable. The Property manager was so very helpful with a couple of issues that we had that was very easily resolved. Could not ask for a better place! The location is extraordinary, access to pools shopping meals anything you could want!!! Highly recommend!

Awesome stay!!!

1892 Villa Lago was great, well maintained, and super clean! Everyone was very courteous, from the front gate guardsmen to property management the entire time. We enjoyed getting around everywhere on the golf carts! I didn’t use my vehicle once after I arrived. We had golf cart access everywhere, including both pools, the beach (the kids really enjoyed the tunnel under the highway) and even the local grocery store and near by shopping and restaurants. Of course the Baytowne Wharf was great in the evenings too! We had such a great time! Thank you for allowing us to stay! I highly recommend this unit!

Paradise in SanDestin

My family and I stayed at this wonderful property and highly recommend it . The neighbor hood amenities were wonderful, convenient and fun. Sitting on the porch overlooking the golf course was relaxing and therapeutic. The golf carts were a great compliment to getting around the property. Beach access is great and close to everything in Destin. Can't wait to go back!

A Good week vacation in Sanderson, Florida

The home was beautiful and very pleasant to reside in for a week. We were notified of 2 problems before we arrived which were very disappointing. We choose this house because it had 2 golf carts and bunk beds. We were notified the day before arrival that one of the golf cards was broken and one of the bunk beds as well. I also reached out to them on the Monday of our stay to let them know one of the stools was wobbly and a bit dangerous for kids along with a faucet which was leaking. We needed to keep a washcloth wrapped around it so it would not leak all over the counter. I didn’t hear anything back until Thursday. They offered to come on Friday to fix the stool and faucet but I asked them to not bother until we left because we were leaving the next day. There never was any resolution for the bunk bed or the golf cart. I was not impressed with the property manager and would have preferred to work directly with the property owner. The problems were not resolved and communication with the property manager was disappointing. Again, the over all house was delightful. The issue for us was how it was managed and lack of response to the problems which popped up. If the owners would like to know about our stay directly, they are welcome to call.

Nice location

The house was beautiful and the location within the Sandestin Resort community was fantastic. The two-golf carts were an added bonus; they made the short trip to the beach very easy. My only complaint is with the furniture within the house. Considering the high price of the property, I would have expected the living room furniture and outside patio furniture to be in better condition; they definitely are worn down and need to be replaced. The outdoor cushions were so dirty, we didn’t even want to sit on them. Also, the master bedroom mattress is sinking and needs to be replaced. The property was very spacious and clean, but I would not stay in this property again due to the mattress alone.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Not only was it fully stocked with everything we needed, it even came with BEACH GEAR (beach toys, coolers, wagon etc.) we literally only had to bring a few items such as food and beverage and our clothes. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay? I definitely recommend this rental!

Wow!!!

I found and booked this gem for my little family and our two best friend couples. I was a little worried that it would be a bit tight with 6 adults and 3 kids but it actually couldn’t have been a more perfect fit for all of us! From each room having a king bed to the kids on suite bathroom having a bathtub and everything in between; we couldn’t have been happier with the space and accommodations of this home. The golf carts made the trip seamless! We were all able to fit on both carts comfortably. Also, having two made it so easy to split up and go our own direction here and there. We loved being able to jump on a cart and run over to Publix, Starbucks, the beach or wherever else our little hearts desired! The back patio faces the golf course and away from the hot afternoon sun, which made the evenings in the backyard VERY comfortable and enjoyable. If I had to pick just a few things that I was not over the moon about, it would be some of the dishes, carpets and back patio furniture. The carpets throughout the house were worn and dirty, there were a wide range of dishes that had been put back in the cabinets with food and finger prints on them and then the back patio furniture cushions were also worn and dirty. These obviously are very quick and easy fixes and didn’t at all hinder our time at the house, just a few suggestions to make guest’s stay even better!

Enjoyable stay at beach house

Property was very nice and offered the amenities we were looking for. The house was well appointed, beds were very comfortable, and use of the golf carts was a huge plus. All of the beach supplies and toys were very helpful, as it prevented us from having to either pack them upon travel, or purchase at the beach. I would recommend this beach house to other families who have either young or old kids. There is plenty of stuff to do at the beach or the in the wharf area, especially once restaurants and stores fully open back up from COVID. For some constructive feedback, I would recommend adding in a few more cooking utensils and pots/pans, along with upgrading the coffee maker and toaster. Overall a very nice property and would rent again.

Not recommend for small children

This was a beautiful property, however you have to find your own way around if you are new to this property, there is not much help. The pools were very small and not accommodating enough for small children. The beach was beautiful but was farther away from our rental property than we like and the directions on how to get to the beach was very vague. We had a incident with the bunk bed in one of the bedrooms that involved my two six year old grandsons that should have never happened. The bed had been broken previously before and patch/repaired resulting in an accident that could have been tragic. Maintenance did arrive shortly and remove the bed but we were not accommodated in any way making sleeping arrangements very tight. I do not recommend this property if you have small children.

The property is great! In a very quiet location that backs up to a golf course. All of the rooms have their own bathroom and the room with the bunk beds is perfect for the kids but would work for adults on the bottom bed if needed. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels and linens. It also has two golf carts which is awesome! We would definitely vacation here again

This home was quite beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing was, we had to sweep the floor right when we got there because there was debris in the kitchen/dining area, but other than that, it was great!
