This spacious two bedroom/two and a half bath unit on the 2nd floor offers the perfect beach vacation. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen, closet, T.V., and views of the Gulf of Mexico and the island oasis of the Westwinds pool deck area. An en-suite beautiful bathroom is remodeled with a new walk in shower and double vanity sinks.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen T.V., and gulf and oasis views. The guest bath offers a tub/shower combo.

The kitchen includes all appliances, granite countertops and a complimenting backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and more. This condo also has a spacious living area, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and comes with tram service on the resort.

Westwinds' pool may be the best one on the resort. Enjoy the tropical setting with fabulous lush landscaping and waterfall, a poolside Tiki hut (seasonal), a hot tub, a children's pool and BBQ grills. The fitness center overlooks the pool and beach so you may be tempted to keep up with your daily workout even on vacation.

A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
