Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Seafoam House in Emerald Waters Village. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and had an excellent layout that worked perfectly for our large group. The bedrooms and common areas were spacious, comfortable, and ideal for spending time together. The location was also convenient.Unfortunately, several issues kept this from being a five-star stay.The biggest disappointment was the misleading listing regarding the pool. The photos prominently feature the large pool across the street, but that pool is not available to guests staying at Seafoam House. The actual community pools were much smaller with very limited seating and deck space. Since the pool shown in the listing was one of the main reasons we chose this property, this felt very misleading.There were also several maintenance and convenience issues throughout our stay:The pedestrian gates and beach access gates frequently did not work properly. We often had to wait for a vehicle to enter or exit the neighborhood just to get through on foot.The private beach access gate was consistently left open, making the “private” beach access feel unsecured.The master bathroom never had hot water, and the shower head had poor water pressure regardless of the setting.The house ran out of hot water when several people showered. A home that sleeps this many guests should really have a tankless or larger-capacity water heater.Several lights throughout the house were burned out and needed to
