Located on the fourth floor at the Village of Baytowne Wharf’s posh Observation Point North condominium community, this lockout style condo rental provides space for 8 people to sleep. Enjoy a kitchen and kitchenette, ample seating and sleeping area, and a private balcony that overlooks Baytowne’s exciting Events Plaza.

From your spacious private balcony vantage point, you’ll be able to kick back on the chairs or take a seat at the bistro table and sip something wonderful as you take in seasonal outdoor concerts and firework displays. It’s the perfect way to experience life at The Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort.

Indoors, you’ll love the large living room of the one-bedroom condo unit. Both condos are decorated in warm sandy-hues and nautical accents. Two lounge chairs and a sofa that pulls into a queen bed make for a cozy living space. The dining table seats six while three saddle stools flank the kitchen’s counter bar. The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is a perfect space for whipping up meals. The one-bedroom unit’s full bath has a soaker tub and a walk-in shower. There’s also a stackable washer and dryer closet for your convenience.

The connecting studio suite has two additional queen beds, which expands the lockout units sleeping accommodations to 8. There’s a full bathroom and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave.

Great Location & Customer Service

Clean unit with great view of village. Arrived late in the evening & had slight issue at check-in with door code - but thankfully it was quickly resolved. Also received a follow-up call the next day to confirm all was in working order. Very pleased with customer service & was overall a great stay. Will be looking to stay here again.

Beautiful condo and premo location! I would definitely stay at that condo again. The only mishap would be upon checking in to our condo, when you send a text about the door codes, please SAY that the info below is to open your condo door. It was sent with no explanation as to what the codes were and after driving 14 hours to get there, the last thing I want to do is to NOT get into my condo! Other than that, we had an amazing time and would always book with you and the owners!

Great location!

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and events. There were a few wine glasses that still had lipstick marks from previous renters and it could use a few more hand towels in the kitchen(only had one). Otherwise a clean place. Check in and communication is great. Overall I would recommend this place.

Great Place to Stay in Baytowne

It was our second time staying in this condo and we had a great time on both stays. You cannot beat the location. The units were clean, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, but very noisy as well.

The property was very nice, almost as if I were home! We had guests and they were impressed with the suite and property grounds as well. However, one restaurant/bar, Rum Runners, is situated directly across from this beautiful suite. The bands there are horrible and very loud till 2 am every night. Not to mention rowdy patrons as well. Besides not getting the rest needed, it was a beautiful stay non the less. Would prefer grounds away from the village next time. Not sure why that bar is placed where it is and not in the back of the village with the other bars. Definitely a sore spot for renters within that area.

I think the property was extremely nice with the exception of the 2nd bathroom. I appreciated the hand shower but the tub/shower set-up should be remodeled in favor of a walk-in shower for safety concerns. If possible, a larger vanity space would be desirable.. Other than that as previously stated the property was very nice and the decor was extremely pleasant.

Beautiful place!

Loved this stay! The location is amazing! My kiddos enjoyed being able to feel apart of everything by just looking over the balcony! Super clean and spacious. We stayed for a week so the only downside was no storage space (pantry) for groceries. Even then, I would definitely love to stay again!

Beautiful condo but unfortunately wouldn't stay at this unit again

The condo is very clean and lovely decorated. The location and neatness is just as advertised. However, a few things will keep us from staying at this particular unit again. 1- the beds! Linens are great, but the mattresses are in desperate need of replacing; thankfully my kids are Little, but all 3 beds super uncomfortable:( my husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch for when you lay on our bed you sink to the headboard and floor. (I weigh 130 he weighs about 185) Also the water pressure in both showers is pretty low. We've stayed at obs point before and didn't have this problem. My kids and I love a bath and it took 40 mjns to fill up. The shower pressure is very light so takes a long time to wash sand out of your hair. These 2 things may not be much to some, be after driving whole day and spending alot of money- these are things worth not worrying about. Finally the big reason we won't book this unit again is we weren't aware of beach access changing due to "resort cards". Basically, because we booked thru this agency (myvacation haven) and not the actual Sandestin resort site, we had to pay full price for chairs (300$+, and were denied access to the Sandestin Beach club pool and bathrooms (no card) We've been staying every summer for 10 years and have always had access to this beach pool and restrooms. Every summer. It's main reason we agree to stay off the beach- the night life activities of baytowne - then while on beach still have access to pool and restrooms. That changed this year with no transparency or information until we got there with our 2 little kids who desperately need a pool on a beach day. What incentives are there now for booking thru my vacation haven then if denied these major amenities? We had a nice stay still and if the above are not deal breakers then this is a good place to stay. However, we need decent beds, shower and access to the pool we've had for 10 yrs in future.

Parking - when entering garage park on far left of garage for easier access to elevator. - bring noise cancellation device at bedtime due to late night shenanigans at Rum Runners. Or be apart of shenanigans. Fun times!

Convenient Location

The stay in the condo was nice. It is convenient and have a lot of options to eat at the restaurants and enjoy the entertainment around the property. However, upon arrival parking in private parking garage was not good. We had to drive around for about 40 minutes looking for parking. In addition the condo had a funny oder upon entry. You can tell housekeeping did a poor job of ensuring the condo was clean. Lot's of cobwebs, were on the dinning room lighting and the closets were packed with beach gears, which left a musty smell in rooms and the kitchen area. No place to hang your clothing. Overall stay was comfortable, but attention needs to be paid to the areas as named.

FABULOUS! RELIABLE!

I was extremely impressed by the availability and professionalism of the staff with vacation haven. I loved the information portal and the fact that every time I called, someone answered the phone and had an answer immediately. The property was clean and in a great location! The Wharfe is perfect for Adults and fun for teenagers! I would definitely recommend this property and Vacation Haven to anyone!

Beautiful. Loved the balcony overlooking all the wine fest. activity. Beds in both units are very uncomfortable. Had Issues with slow draining toilet in #454 and a slow draining sink in bathroom of #456 as well as flickering lights.
